Rockin’ Step -
Energizing
step aerobics usually done double step. Fast paced and geared toward experienced
steppers, but anyone is welcome. 45 min.
Strength and Stretch -
Following
step class, this class is multi joint strengthening exercises for
the entire body using a variety of “tools” to make it
fun. Includes core strength exercises and finishes with a good stretch.

Rock and Roll -
Cycling class
geared toward experienced riders, but anyone can join and work at your own pace.
Great music, great workout… a group ride all the way. 1 hour
Cruiser’s
Cycling - Cycling
class geared toward riders that want a less strenuous workout, but anyone can
join and gear up or down as desired. 1 hour
Power Shape -
Intense
strength training class, using a variety of movements and equipment
to keep it fun and challenging. 1 hour
Sculpt and Strength -
Strength
training class focusing on sculpting and strengthening movements,
using a variety of equipment. A little less intense than Power Shape,
this is a great place to start. 1 hour
Cardio Kickboxing -
Intense
cardio workout using kickboxing movements and bags. Striking gloves
or wraps recommended. Great way to start your day! 1 hour
Kickboxing -
Intense
cardio workout, gloves or wraps required. Bag is used throughout
the class. Kickboxing combos are done to energizing music. Great
Stress reliever! 1 hour
Zumba -
Mixture
of Latin dance and aerobics set to Latin and International rhythms.
Great workout to maximize fat burning while having fun! 1 hour
Pilates -
Increase
your core strength, sculpt and strengthen your “powerhouse” in
this mat class. Great for injury prevention! All levels welcome.

Yoga -
Relieve
stress and increase flexibility in this mat class. Also great for
injury prevention. All levels welcome. Mats are provided, but bring
your own if you like. 75 min
Yogalates -
Combination
mat class, usually done with some Pilates movement mixed with Yoga
movements for the best of both. 1 hour
Abs -
Just
like it sounds, intense core and abs. Done on a mat with some “tools” to
keep it interesting and intense. 30 min
