Class Descriptions

ROCK N’ ROLL: Adventurous indoor cycling class at its best. A group ride all the way. This class focuses on cardio, endurance, and stamina through cycling.

CRUISER’S CYCLING: Geared to the beginner indoor cyclist, this class will have fewer hills and easier cruising speeds. More advanced cyclist can go for it!

PILATES: This class focuses on strengthening your core muscle groups, abs and lower back areas, as well as inner and outer thigh work.

YOGA: Flexibility, strength positions and movements are utilized in yoga. Invigorating for the body and mind, this class compliments all others. Start or finish your day with a great yoga class!

BOOTCAMP: For a versatile workout and a good way to burn fat, increase stamina, strengthen muscles, and have a great time doing so. This is a quick change circuit style class in the group fitness room. All fitness levels are welcome! Work at your own level and pace.

ADVENTURE CAMP: Bootcamp but some outdoor activities!

POWER SHAPE: Full body toning, firming, strengthening and final stretch, shaping your physique to look your very best!

ROCKIN’ STEP:  All cardio step class, usually double step. Burn fat and increase and increase endurance and stamina as you have a rockin’ good time.

STRENGTH AND STRETCH: Following  Rockin’ Step, it includes strength exercises, core and flexibility training.

STEP N’ ABS: All in the name, step and abs for a cardio and core workout.

YOGALATES: Blending yoga a Pilates moves for a good combination of stretching and strengthening. Known for preventing and helping back problems.
